HYPR Theory was created to help youth athletes build speed, strength, confidence, and better movement through a structured, measurable training system.
HYPR stands for Healthy Youth Performance Response. The goal is to help athletes train the right way, reduce wasted effort, improve performance, and give parents clear feedback on progress.
