By accessing this website or participating in HYPR Theory programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

HYPR Theory provides athletic performance training, testing, and consultation. Participation requires completion of a waiver and, for minors, parent or guardian consent.

Assumption of Risk

Athletic training carries inherent risk of injury. Participants assume all such risks and agree to follow coaching instructions at all times.

Payments and Cancellations

Session fees are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, HYPR Theory LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in our programs.
